Job Purpose:
· Evaluate daily mall operations through regular follow-ups and site visits to ensure all tenants operate smoothly according to operational standards without irregularities
Responsibilities :
1. Act as the main point of contact between customers and the mall's relevant departments to resolve all issues immediately and according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
2. Report incidents and operational concerns to the Operations Manager through frequent visits to all zones in the mall.
3. Follow up on work progress by monitoring units and corridors, prepare daily memos, issue penalties when necessary, and maintain detailed reports.
4. Supervise marketing and promotional activities within the mall to ensure effective execution.
5. Maintain the Operations Manual, including systems, policies, and procedures, in coordination with other mall departments and service providers.
6. Develop work plans, objectives, and goals for the assigned area to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
2. 2 to 4 years of experience in Mall Operations.
3. Customer Experience background and problem-solving skills.
4. Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
