We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Pharmacist to join our team as a Weight Tracker, supporting our patients’ health and wellness journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track patients’ weight and progress as part of wellness/weight management programs.
• Provide professional pharmaceutical advice regarding medications, supplements, and lifestyle support.
• Counsel patients on safe and effective weight management practices.
• Collaborate with doctors, nutritionists, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of patients’ progress.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (licensed pharmacist).
• Strong background in patient counseling and clinical support.
• Previous experience in weight management, nutrition, or clinical pharmacy is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
