Responsibilities

  • Assist the BIM Manager in implementing and maintaining BIM standards and project-specific workflows
  • Support the preparation and execution of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
  • Produce and maintain 3D models using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 under the guidance of the BIM Manager
  • Perform model checks, clash detection, and data validation to support coordinated project delivery
  • Generate drawings, schedules, and BIM-related documentation as required by the project team
  • Assist in extracting data from BIM models for cost estimation, reporting, and coordination purposes
  • Support daily BIM-related tasks across design and construction stages, reporting directly to the BIM Manager
  • Stay updated on BIM workflows and emerging technologies to continuously improve project delivery


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of BIM-related experience in architecture, engineering, or construction projects
  • Proficiency in Revit is required; familiarity with Navisworks and BIM 360 preferred
  • Understanding of BIM standards, such as ISO 19650, is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills required
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of supporting BIM processes under supervision
