Job Description

• Creating 3D building models using specialized software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design plans and specifications.
• Using BIM software to generate 2D drawings and documents, such as floor plans, sections, and details.
• Analyzing and interpreting building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that project plans are followed and that all necessary materials and resources are available.
• Maintaining and updating project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identifying potential conflicts or issues in the design process and working to resolve them.
• Providing technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry using the BIM process.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM using Revit software.
• Clear understanding of BIM Standards, Processes, and workflows.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal English language communication skills.
• Demonstrate a deep interest in learning new skills and knowledge.
• Positive attitude towards collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Effective communication skills.
• Technical skills: Design Review, Shop Drawings, MIRs, QS
• Computer Skills: Revit, Navisworks
• Experience in Revit Family creation.
• Experienced in the Infrastructure and/or the Scan to BIM projects.
