Job Description
- Creating 3D building models using specialized software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design plans and specifications.
- Using BIM software to generate 2D drawings and documents, such as floor plans, sections, and details.
- Analyzing and interpreting building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that project plans are followed and that all necessary materials and resources are available.
- Maintaining and updating project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identifying potential conflicts or issues in the design process and working to resolve them.
- Providing technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry using the BIM process.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM using Revit software.
- Clear understanding of BIM Standards, Processes, and workflows.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal English language communication skills.
- Demonstrate a deep interest in learning new skills and knowledge.
- Positive attitude towards collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Effective communication skills.
- Technical skills: Design Review, Shop Drawings, MIRs, QS
- Computer Skills: Revit, Navisworks
- Experience in Revit Family creation.
- Experienced in the Infrastructure and/or the Scan to BIM projects.
