We’re hiring an Operations Manager to run a multilingual ads/content rating program. Immediate start.

What you’ll do

• Own delivery to SLA / TAT / Quality / Throughput and run daily/weekly/monthly governance
• Lead Team Leads & pods: coach, set action plans, manage performance
• Workforce planning: rosters, utilization/adherence, backfills, surge handling
• Reporting & analytics: build/read dashboards (Sheets/Excel/BI), run RCA, drive improvements
• Partner with QA & Training on calibration, refreshers, and quality uplift
• Stakeholder comms & escalations; keep SOPs and documentation compliant

Must have

• Graduate; 4+ years overall ops with 1+ year as Team Manager (content review/moderation/ads rating/BPO)
• Excellent written & verbal communication in English + target language
• Strong problem-solving/analysis; high attention to detail; calm under deadlines
• Comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and governance cadence

Contract: freelance/part-time, remote • Languages: English, Spanish (EU), Portuguese (BR), Japanese, German, French + 30+ others
