About the Role:
IGT Solutions is seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join our dynamic customer support team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our global clients by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat in Spanish.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or account details.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.
- Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to company policies and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) with good command of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.
