We're hiring: "Chat Support Specialists".

•Role Description:

A full-time on-site role in which an outstanding customer experience needs to be delivered by handling the customers' inquiries via chat; providing personalized solutions and eventually achieving our problem-solving goal.

•What we are looking for:

• English is a must!
• Open for Males
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and handling abilities
• Grads & Fresh grads

•Working Conditions:

• 5 working days - Rotational shifts (9-hours-shift including a 1-hour-break)
• 2 days off
• Rotational 24/7 shifts for males.
