Job Description
✔ Install, configure, and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points).
✔ Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues to ensure minimal downtime.
✔ Implement security best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control policies.
✔ Support the deployment and management of servers, storage systems, and cloud-based infrastructure.
✔ Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patch management.
✔ Assist in IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades and system migrations.
✔ Ensure seamless integration of network and infrastructure services.
✔ Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and procedures.
✔ Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Job Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in network and infrastructure engineering.
✔ Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs).
✔ Experience with network devices from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, or HPE is a plus.
✔ Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
✔ Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Candidates must reside in Sheikh Zayed or 6th of October.
