Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Specialist/Interior Designer located in El Sheikh Zaid. The BIM Specialist/Interior Designer will be responsible for coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM). The role involves day-to-day tasks of BIM coordination, creating detailed submittals, and working closely with the architectural team to ensure the designs meet clients' visions and sustainable goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver parts of interior design projects.

• Review and supervise the work of junior designers.

• Develop complex BIM models including details, joinery, and furniture layouts.

• Perform quality checks on BIM models.

• Participate in coordination meetings and handle clash detection.

• Prepare high-quality design presentations for clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with BIM (Revit).

• Strong knowledge of BIM standards (LOD, IFC).

• Ability to manage tasks independently and coordinate with clients.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
