We are seeking a qualified Knitting Team Leader to join our team at Jade Textile Ismailia.

Key responsibilities:-

•Supervision and Leadership: The team leader is responsible for managing and guiding the knitting team. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to ensure that the team operates efficiently and meets production targets.

•Production Management: They coordinate the daily knitting operations, ensuring that production schedules are followed, and that the machines run smoothly. The leader prioritizes jobs, adjusts workloads, and addresses any issues that could delay production.

•Quality Control: Ensuring that the knitted products meet the required quality standards is a key responsibility. The team leader monitors the knitting process, inspects finished goods, and implements corrective actions when defects or issues are identified.

Requirements:-

•Bachelor’s degree of Applied Arts.

•0-1 year of experience.
