- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs across all operations.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and quality assurance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to secure favorable terms and reliable service.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain staff to foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
- Manage risk by identifying potential supply chain disruptions and developing contingency plans.
- Utilize supply chain management software and ERP systems to streamline operations and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, cost analysis, and process improvements to senior management.
