Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs across all operations.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and quality assurance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to secure favorable terms and reliable service.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain staff to foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
  • Manage risk by identifying potential supply chain disruptions and developing contingency plans.
  • Utilize supply chain management software and ERP systems to streamline operations and enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, cost analysis, and process improvements to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10- 15 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supply chain best practices.
  • Proven track record in managing procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
