The primary purpose of the role is to achieve annual sales targets, drive theincrease in market share within this sector and enhance the geographical presence of Grohe withinthe region.Primary Responsibilities Collectively accountable for the overall delivery of the Country results and leadership ofthe organization. The role holder will be one of the main actors in strategic planning for thischannel’s development. Carry out his responsibilities in delivering the Sales Mission in line with corporateobjectives and KPIs. Carry out his/her responsibilities in delivering his / her Project Channel Sales Missionassigned for the Country’s Market in line with corporate objectives and KPIs. Drive the Grohe specifications process in all the main consultants’ offices. Project management – write and maintain project specifications within Grohe projectsystem. Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, andensure local implementation is in full compliance with corporate guideline. Provide high quality information and analysis in support of strategic priorities andinitiatives. Identify key channels and targets in region for project business by: Sub Channel A: Hospitality with the Primary Target being Hotel Architects/Designers Sub Channel B: Residential with the Primary Target being Architects & Developers Sub Channel C: Health Care with the Primary Target being Architects and Owners Sub Channel D: Commercial with the Primary Target being Architects & Developers Forecast accurate projects sales by month, quarter, and year Maintain professional relationship with designers and architectures in the country Develop and maintain data base / records of all key project contacts in region as requiredand prepare report for senior managementProduct update for project customers.Qualifications And Education Bachelor's degree in architecture, MBA (is a plus) Fluent written and spoken English - Arabic is a MUST, good command of other languages to beconsidered a plusExperience Around 2-4 years of experience in a comparable position Demonstrate success at working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, anddeadline-oriented environment whilst maintaining Grohe’s quality and reputation forexcellence للتقديم الان
