We are looking for a Health and Safety professional with 10+ years of experience to oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our HSE programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Job Requirements
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HSE strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety performance metrics and culture.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on HSE matters.
- Mentor and train HSE teams and operational leaders across various sites.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, insurers, and external partners as needed.
- Prepare and present safety performance reports to executive leadership.
- Lead emergency response planning and business continuity initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Health and Safety leadership roles, preferably in Construction.
- Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHST, or NEBOSH Diploma strongly preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations and standards.
- Proven track record of developing and leading high-impact HSE programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing multi-site or global operations is a plus.
