We are seeking a highly skilled Remote HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Human Resources, with a particular focus on talent acquisition and selection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Developing and implementing effective strategies for sourcing and attracting top talent.
• Conducting thorough screening and interviews to ensure the strongest candidate fit.
• Assisting with HR administration and employee relations as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven strong capability in candidate selection and recruitment.
• Excellent knowledge of interviewing techniques and evaluation methods.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote/virtual environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: EGY 5,000 – EGY 7,000 (Based on experience).
• Attractive Commission and Bonus structure tied to recruitment targets and performance.
