Job Description

• Deliver high-quality technical training sessions to IT engineers on IT Pillars’ software solutions.
• Simplify and explain complex technical concepts in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner.
• Design, organize, and continuously update training materials and content.
• Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with technical and sales teams to align training with business goals.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and software solutions relevant to our business.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven ability to deliver technical training or workshops.
• Strong facilitation and content delivery skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High English proficiency (C1 level or above).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage technical audiences.
