Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Freelance HR Recruiter (Commission-based) at Imdova Marketing and Business Consulting. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, developing and implementing recruiting strategies, conducting background checks, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role is hybrid, located in Cairo, Egypt, allowing for some work from home flexibility. Daily tasks will include identifying qualified candidates through various channels, conducting initial interviews, and managing the hiring process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Knowledge of recruiting strategies and talent acquisition best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct thorough background checks and reference checks
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus
