Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing excellent customer service, and managing customer relationships. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, presenting suitable insurance solutions, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services.

Qualifications

• Insurance Sales and Sales skills
• Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
• Understanding of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
