𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Support Engineer (Systems Engineering) to help manage, scale, and support our cloud-based operating systems and application infrastructure. This role focuses on automation, system performance, and ensuring the health and security of cloud workloads.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Administer and support Linux and Windows servers in cloud environments.

• Automate provisioning, configuration, patching, and scaling of compute resources.

• Implement system monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability.

• Troubleshoot OS-level, application-level, and cloud platform issues.

•Assist in cloud migration, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance initiatives.

• Work closely with DevOps, network, and SRE teams to deliver reliable services.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 5+ years of systems engineering or cloud infrastructure experience.

• Strong expertise with Linux and/or Windows administration in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) and scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud security best practices.

• Excellent 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 (written and spoken).

• Must provide 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬.
