Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Operations Supervisor with the vision and capability to manage and launch cleaning projects efficiently. The ideal candidate combines strong field experience with managerial insight and can build productive teams, maintain solid client relationships, and achieve the company’s operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
• Oversee field teams and ensure effective execution of operational plans.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to contract expansion.
• Prepare operational reports and performance analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Enforce and monitor compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Optimize operational efficiency and control costs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing or operating cleaning or facility management companies.
• Strong knowledge of workforce, equipment, and material management.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Preferred: experience in preparing technical proposals and tenders.
