Job Description

• Enter all product information, pricing, SKU codes, and vendor details into the system with high accuracy.
• Record all stock movements, including product arrivals, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and movement reports.
• Assist in physical stock counts and help reconcile any system discrepancies.
• Tag, label, and barcode new products as per store guidelines.
• Maintain organized documentation for all deliveries, receipts, and stock transactions.
• Coordinate with the merchandising, operations, and finance teams to ensure consistent and reliable data.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

 

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in stock control, inventory management, or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive and dependable attitude
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo or other inventory management tools is a strong advantage
