Job Description
- Membership Management: Oversee and process membership payments with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for club members.
- Member Relations: Address member complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to enhance member satisfaction.
- Policy Communication: Educate club members about club policies and procedures, ensuring they are well-informed and compliant.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain all member documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval when needed.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed daily reports to management, highlighting membership trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
- Professional Reporting: Generate regular reports that provide insights into club membership activities, ensuring transparent communication with management.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or membership management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and membership management software.
