Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all infrastructure and assets within Soma Bay.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the execution of maintenance plans, covering electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works, and landscaping services.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians to ensure smooth operations and high performance.:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Abu Soma Development Company, property owners, and contractors.
• Ensure all maintenance services adhere to predefined SLAs, addressing any service gaps proactively.
• Coordinate with project teams for infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and new developments.
• Ensure timely response to homeowner requests, maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service pricing, invoicing, and financial tracking for paid maintenance services.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising service quality.
• Optimize resource allocation, materials procurement, and inventory management.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field).
• Real estate experience is a must
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility maintenance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and SLA implementation.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
