Branch Manager JD as follow:

Financial duties:

  • Set and oversee the achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Branch Growth Rate Management
  • Ensuring debt collection
  • Preparing and submitting financial reports to Management.
  • Cash Flow Management (Revenues - Expenses - Profits)
  • Cash Handling Procedures: Oversee daily cash handling, ensure proper reconciliation, and address any discrepancies.
  • Financial Planning and Budget Management


Customer duties:

  • Monitoring Customer Satisfaction 100%
  • Monitoring Floor Fully organized
  • Customer duties
  • Monitoring the Following:
  • Ensuring Complaints Are Resolved and Addressing Their Sources
  • Second meeting with not-registered customers.
  • Facebook Page, Specifically New Advertising Campaigns, and Tracking Their Success and Metrics at the Branch
  • Reports about Students online exams (Quizzes, Final test)
  • Recording daily Absence from teachers
  • Follow-up with absence students throw sessions & Providing Compensation Sessions
  • Tracking Miss-Placed Students and Ensuring that they have been added to the Right groups
  • Failed & No test Students and Absence Students more than 3 Sessions Have been added to the right groups in the next batch
  • The confirmation of new beginning data of the batch
  • Ensuring Organization, Monitoring, and Control of Operations and Quality Within the Branch :
  • Receiving and Analyzing Customer Feedback.
  • Monitoring Service Standards.
  • Ensuring Full Employment Compliance with the Dress Code and Maintaining a handsome Appearance


Quality duties:

  • Ensuring Branch Cleanliness, Bathroom Hygiene, Branch Ambiance, and Music Play
  • Ensuring the Quality of All Customer Touchpoints: Entrance, Elevator, Staircase, Reception, Placement room , and Classes setup
  • Ensuring that Any Branch Maintenance and IT Issues for Resolution
  • Providing Coaching and Necessary Training on Problem-Solving for the Team


Internal process duties:

  • Schedule Operations, Managing Schedule Frameworks and Opening Groups
  • Creating Branch Plans and Forecasting Numbers for the Next 3 Months
  • Achieving Batch Numbers Targets According to Branch Capacity.
  • Maintaining Batch Numbers and Reducing Delays
  • Implementing the Company's Programs, Procedures, Regulations, and Culture
  • Developing a Plan to Ensure Achievement of Targeted Sales
  • Receiving the Technical Plan for the Batch from the Academic Supervisor, Discussing It, Supervising Its Implementation, and Ensuring the Desired Outcomes
  • Receiving Contracts for both customers and retention students from the team leaders, Ensuring Data Accuracy, Signatures, and Sealing of Contracts.
  • Measuring Team leaders Productivity and Coaching them.
  • Working on Developing Talents for the Company
  • Assigning tasks and schedules to ensure full coverage with the team leaders,
  • Making weekly and monthly evaluation to team leaders for analyzing them performance
  • Monthly meeting with the team leaders about evaluating monthly performance and putting corrective actions for the up-coming month.
  • Making the month plan and discussing it with the upper management
  • Ensuring all employees' adherence.
  • Coordinating with the Human Resources Department Regarding Annual Staffing Needs Within the Administration
  • Coordinating with the Finance Department to Meet Branch Needs for All Supplies.
