Job Summary
The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the executive leadership, responsible for driving organizational priorities, improving cross-functional coordination, and ensuring that the CEO’s vision is effectively executed across departments. The CoS acts as a force multiplier — optimizing decision-making, aligning teams, and managing high-impact projects that advance the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
• Support the CEO in setting strategic priorities, developing annual plans, and tracking progress toward key organizational goals.
• Translate high-level strategies into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Identify risks and opportunities affecting execution, and recommend proactive solutions.
Operational Leadership
• Manage and coordinate the execution of executive-level initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Lead strategic projects and special programs on behalf of the CEO.
• Improve internal communication, streamline processes, and implement performance-tracking systems.
Executive Advisory & Decision Support
• Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for board meetings, investors, or external partners.
• Serve as a thought partner to the CEO on organizational design, growth strategy, and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder & Team Management
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Foster collaboration between departments and ensure accountability for deliverables.
• Mentor and guide staff in executing strategic initiatives and improving performance standards.
Governance & Administration
• Manage the CEO’s office, including prioritizing meetings, managing agendas, and coordinating follow-ups.
• Ensure strategic alignment between executive actions, corporate objectives, and compliance standards.
• Support board relations, governance reporting, and annual review processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership, consulting, or strategy role.
• Demonstrated success in organizational management, operations, or project leadership.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives and manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
