About the Role

Alpha Modern Lighting — one of Egypt’s leading companies in modern and architectural lighting solutions — is seeking a Freelance HR Recruiter to support our rapid expansion.

This is a remote, commission-based position ideal for a motivated recruiter who thrives on results and enjoys the challenge of finding the perfect fit for each role.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process across a variety of white-collar positions — from creative and marketing roles to administrative and sales positions. The right candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to move fast.

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Conduct headhunting for specialized and senior roles
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Collaborate with management to understand current and future hiring needs
• Ensure timely, high-quality hires aligned with company standards

Compensation & Work Setup

💻 Work Setup: 100% Remote

💰 Compensation: Commission-based only (no fixed salary)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or headhunting (agency or in-house)
• Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset
