• Contact existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase conversion rates.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers to understand their learning needs and recommend personalized renewal solutions.
• Monitor students’ learning progress and analyze performance data to develop appropriate renewal strategies.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the renewal process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, or any related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a positive, results-oriented mindset.
• High level of motivation to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on performance and commission.

- Sunday - Thursday: 12 PM - 9 PM (breaks: 2:45 PM - 3 PM, 5 PM - 6 PM)
