Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence within the hospitality, restaurant, and catering sectors. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the HORECA industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The HORECA Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the HORECA sector, focusing on growth and market penetration.
Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality and catering industries, leveraging market research and industry insights.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with HORECA clients.
Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company’s offerings.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
