Job Description

• Preparing and updating quantity take-offs for structural and architectural works based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
• Prepare purchasing requests and follow up purchasing orders
• Preparing monthly IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates) for the client/consultant.
  Preparing and reviewing subcontractors’ payment certificates.
• Prepare Variation Order Approvals and Budget Variation Requests

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying 
• Proven experience working in an office-based environment within the engineering or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with contract administration and tendering processes.
