Job Description
- Preparing and updating quantity take-offs for structural and architectural works based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
- Prepare purchasing requests and follow up purchasing orders
- Preparing monthly IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates) for the client/consultant.
Preparing and reviewing subcontractors’ payment certificates. - Prepare Variation Order Approvals and Budget Variation Requests

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying
- Proven experience working in an office-based environment within the engineering or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with contract administration and tendering processes.
