Job Title: Training Manager
Department: Warehouse Management
Reports To: Reports to HR Director (continuous line) with dotted-line to Retail Director and Area Managers. Acts
JOB Purpose
To design and deliver training programs that equip staff with brand knowledge, sales techniques, and operational excellence.
The Training Manager ensures 100% staff readiness before new store openings and leads continuous development initiatives across stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training content for Sales Associates, Cashiers, Store Managers, and Visual Merchandisers.
- Align training modules with brand SOPs and storytelling.
- Ensure all staff complete induction programs before store openings.
- Conduct refresher training sessions and quarterly performance assessments.
- Collaborate with Area Managers to identify skill gaps and prioritize training needs.
- Report training compliance, attendance, and performance metrics into dashboards.
- Coach store teams during field visits to ensure implementation of learned skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in training and development, preferably in retail or fashion apparel.
- Retail experience is essential, with a deep understanding of store operations and customer service standards.
- Strong instructional design, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience developing both classroom and on-the-job training programs.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and digital training techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and link outcomes to KPIs and SOPs.
- Excellent communication (Arabic & English) and interpersonal skills.
