Job Title

IT Manager

Location : Saudi Arabia (This position is only open to residents in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

Job Purpose

Lead and manage all IT activities within the organization to ensure efficient operation of systems and infrastructure, protection of company data, and support for business needs and growth in line with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor and administer IT systems, including hardware, networks, servers, storage, software, and technical support.
• Manage all company servers (setup, operation, maintenance, and updates).
• Oversee the integration and management of cloud work‐environment services such as Google Workspace, and ensure they are aligned with internal systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures with emphasis on security, backups, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Manage the company’s network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), ensuring seamless connectivity, high performance, and network security.
• Lead the IT team: recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation; define roles and responsibilities within the department.
• Coordinate with other departments (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.) to understand their technical needs and provide technological solutions that enhance business efficiency.
• Monitor system and infrastructure performance, analyse issues, propose and implement technical improvements to enhance performance, reduce costs and downtime.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers: procure hardware and software, manage contracts, monitor service‐level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and monitor IT budgets, and provide regular reports to senior management around department performance, key initiatives and potential risks.
• Keep up to date with developments in technology and cybersecurity, and make recommendations for new technical solutions that support the organization's strategy.

Requirements (Qualifications & Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• Previous experience in IT management or a similar role, typically 5+ years, including experience supervising a technical team.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, operating systems, cloud/virtualization, cybersecurity, backups and business continuity.
• Proven experience managing servers and linking cloud services like Google Workspace, and managing corporate networks and their security.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, capable of communicating with senior management and translating business needs into technological solutions.
• Skilled at cost-benefit analysis, tracking technical performance, and managing contracts and vendors.
