You’ll lead a telesales team responsible for driving outbound sales, mentoring team members, and ensuring targets are achieved with excellence.

Bachelor’s degree

2+ years of experience as a Telesales or Outbound Sales Team Leader

Strong leadership and performance management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching abilities

Fixed shift: 10 AM – 6 PM

Days off: Friday & Saturday
