Position Overview (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Education Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist students throughout their study abroad journey — from university selection to application submission and visa preparation. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys working with people, and is eager to build a rewarding career in international education counseling.

Key Responsibilities

Assist students in identifying suitable universities, programs, and destinations based on their academic background and career goals.

Provide accurate information about admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and living expenses.

Support students with application submissions, document preparation, and follow-up communication with universities.

Guide students through visa processes and pre-departure arrangements.

Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress using the company’s CRM system.

Collaborate with senior counselors and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and positive student experience.

Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events organized by Edulinx.

Stay updated on international education trends, university rankings, and policy changes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in education counseling, customer service, or student recruitment (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English (spoken and written) — additional languages are a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for helping students succeed.
