We are hiring a System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operations. The role involves configuring systems, managing networks, and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime. You will play a key part in maintaining system reliability, strengthening network security, and supporting business continuity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, networks, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and domain services.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, and switches for network security.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups.
• Troubleshoot network and system issues and provide technical support.
• Implement and maintain security policies and access controls.
• Document system configurations and maintain asset inventory.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and network infrastructure.
• Certifications preferred: MCSA, MCSE, CCNA.
• Hands-on experience with domain management, firewalls, and Cisco network devices.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting network and system performance issues.
• Understanding of security best practices and backup solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
