Responsibilities

• Plan and customize travel itineraries based on client needs.
• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and tours.
• Communicate with local and international suppliers.
• Prepare travel proposals, and invoices.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.
• Manage daily emails, calls, and client inquiries in a professional way.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth trip execution.
• Resolve any travel-related issues or complaints efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the tourism or travel industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills.
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Job Details

• Location: Nasr City, Cairo
• Work Type: 100% Office-based
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)
• Salary: To be negotiated based on experience
• Start Date: Immediate hiring
