Inventory & Hardware Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Inventory & Hardware Coordinator to join our technical operations team and ensure seamless hardware management across our global data centers

Main Responsibilities

 • Track and manage inventory levels of servers, CPUs, RAM, hard disks, and other IT components

 • Update and monitor inventory databases to maintain precise stock records

 • Handle incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

 • Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for procurement and delivery schedules

 • Search and compare prices for servers, switches, and related parts

 • Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare reports for management

 • Support in developing and implementing inventory control procedures

 • Forecast inventory needs with the procurement team

 • Respond to internal requests and provide order status updates

Required Qualifications

 • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

 • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)

 • Proven experience in hardware support, order processing, or inventory management

 • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

 • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

 • Good communication and teamwork abilities

 • Solid knowledge of hardware components and IT infrastructure basics

Preferred Skills

 • Understanding of server types, installation methods, and components

 • Familiarity with switches, network devices, and supply chain processes

 • Experience using inventory management tools or databases
