We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Specialist to join our team at Premier Services and Recruitment, a subsidiary of Premier Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing collections from corporate clients, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing payment and collection processes for medical and life insurance policies.
- Developing and maintaining payment schedules and supporting budget forecasting activities.
- Handling client invoicing overseeing the collection process.
- Reviewing and verifying detailed breakdowns provided by insurance companies for accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in benefits administration, insurance operations.
- Experience working with insurance providers and managing client invoices is required.
- Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting tools is a plus.
