Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Specialist to join our Operational Excellence team at ITXPROS. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality of our CAD design projects and driving continuous improvement across our processes. The ideal candidate will have an engineering or applied arts background and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

● Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on CAD design cases, ensuring they meet our high standards for accuracy and completeness.

● Performance Monitoring: Calculate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team and project performance.

● Trend Analysis: Identify common trends and recurring issues in design cases to pinpoint areas for improvement.

● Knowledge Gap Reporting: Report on knowledge gaps identified during QC checks to the Operational Excellence Manager. This information will be used to enhance training materials for new hires.

● Automation capabilities and Data analysis are great advantages

● Communication Monitoring: Monitor and report on response times for team emails and chat groups to ensure efficient communication.

● Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize current workflows and suggest improvements to drive efficiency and streamline processes.

● Continuous Improvement: Actively seek ways to improve your performance and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.

Required Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Arts, or a related field.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Google Spreadsheets, Excel, Google Slides, and PowerPoint, or the willingness to quickly learn and become proficient with these tools.

● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.

● Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

● Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.

● Proactive Mindset: A proactive approach to work with a desire to take initiative and drive positive change.

● Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
