Splendid Travel, a leading Destination Management Company with over 23 years of experience across Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our Cairo team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in incoming tourism operations, demonstrating leadership, problem-solving, and communication excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all daily operations activities.
• Manage communication between the operations and traffic teams.
• Handle clients’ requests and resolve any service-related issues effectively.
• Negotiate with hotels, suppliers, and service providers to secure the best conditions.
• Monitor performance and ensure smooth execution of programs and itineraries.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, management, and team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in incoming tourism operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is an advantage).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent upward and downward communication abilities.
• Presentable, punctual, and flexible.
• Deep understanding of the tourism market and competitors.
• Team-oriented, committed, and devoted to excellence.
• Preferably residing in Heliopolis or nearby areas.
