Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Egypt for an HRIS Function Support position. The HRIS Function Support will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to improve HR processes and support the organization's strategic goals. Daily tasks include data entry, data management, generating reports, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing end-user support. Additionally, the HRIS Function Support will collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HR systems.

What you’ll do:

- Provide daily support for the HRIS system

- Handle user issues, updates, calculations or functions changes and reports.

- Work with HR teams to keep everything running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

- Technical skills in troubleshooting, system optimization, and providing end-user support.

- Experience with Menaitech HR system (preferred)

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

- Based in Egypt.
