Elmadany for Securities is seeking a highly qualified Investment Manager to join its growing team on a full-time, on-site basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and prepare detailed investment memorandums.

Develop and present compelling Pitch Decks to investors.

Lead company revaluations for IPOs and M&A transactions.

Manage investment strategies in collaboration with investment funds and private equity funds.

Ensure compliance with all financial and legal regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years’ proven experience in investment management and capital markets.

Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Commerce.

MBA, CMA or CFA is a must.

Demonstrated track record with investment funds and private equity firms.

Professional fluency in English.

Full-time commitment and ability to work on-site.
