Qualifications

• minimum experience of 15 years
• Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and motivate maintenance teams effectively
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance for optimal operational performance
• Experience in Maintenance Management and overseeing maintenance operations
• Comprehensive knowledge of Maintenance & Repair processes within industrial environments
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of plastic injection processes and equipment is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
