Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Customer Support Representative at e& UAE. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via various communication channels, troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include providing timely assistance, maintaining customer records, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments, and adhering to company policies and guidelines. Your ability to effectively communicate and solve customer problems will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, including problem-solving, active listening, and patience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies, systems, and workflows
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of customer interactions
  • Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote setting
  • Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or communication is beneficial

Working Conditions:


•8 working hours + 1-hour break

•5 working days, 2 days off (rotational)

•Maximum shift for females ends at 9:00PM
