Position Overview:

The Senior HR Officer is responsible for leading and overseeing the HR team to ensure the effective management of all human resources functions. This role includes recruiting both blue-collar and white-collar staff, following up on payroll and personnel matters, implementing KPIs, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance through audits. The Senior HR Officer plays a strategic role in fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR team to deliver efficient HR services across the organization.
  • Responsible for the recruitment process of blue-collar and white-collar positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
  • Follow up with the team on payroll processing, personnel records, and other HR administrative matters.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze HR KPIs to measure departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and support career development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws, company policies, and internal audits related to HR functions.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a healthy work environment.
  • Coordinate with management on organizational planning and workforce development.
  • Prepare reports and insights related to HR metrics and audits for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in senior HR management minimum 4 years.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and compliance.
  • Experience working with KPIs, evaluations, and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
