🔹 Position: Patient Satisfaction Specialist

💼 Job Summary:

The Patient Satisfaction Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with patient rights and enhancing the overall patient journey. This role includes monitoring service quality, analyzing satisfaction trends, coordinating with departments for improvement plans, and supporting training initiatives to maintain excellence in patient care.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

▪ Monitor and ensure compliance with patient rights and hospital policies

▪ Present reports to management on patient experience performance indicators

▪ Collaborate with departments to develop action plans that enhance service quality

▪ Analyze patient complaints and satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement

▪ Support and train teams on communication and service standards

▪ Follow up on implementation of improvement initiatives to ensure service excellence

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital setting

• Background in hospitals is required

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office

• System-oriented

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and patient-focused
