Gold Egypt for Security is seeking a highly qualified Site Security Manager to oversee and lead security operations at one of our key sites in New Cairo – 5th Settlement.

We are looking for a strong leader with proven experience in managing large security teams while maintaining the highest standards of safety, discipline, and operational excellence.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all security operations at the assigned site.

• Supervise, train, and develop on-site security personnel.

• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Respond professionally to incidents and emergency situations.

• Ensure full compliance with the company’s security protocols and client requirements.

• Maintain effective communication with client representatives and internal management.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the security and guarding field.

• Mandatory: Candidate must have a military or police background.

• Proven experience managing large sites (compounds, hospitals, corporate facilities).

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to perform under pressure and handle critical situations effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, reporting).

• Preferably holds a valid driving license with good driving skills.
