Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Beauty Advisor, located in Cairo. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for providing personalized beauty consultations to customers, assisting with product recommendations, and promoting sales. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, managing inventory, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves staying updated on beauty trends and product knowledge to offer expert guidance and solutions to customers.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of beauty products, skincare routines, and makeup application techniques
• Sales skills and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory management and product displays
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
• Team collaboration skills and a positive attitude
• Previous experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in beauty is beneficial
