Hello everyone,

My name is Khaled Esmat, and I’m currently looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable person to join our team on a remote, part-time basis.

The main task is very straightforward:

You will receive Excel sheets from us that need to be cleaned, organized, and formatted properly. Once completed, you’ll send the updated version back to us. The goal is to ensure all our data is accurate, structured, and easy to use.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Removing duplicates and fixing errors

✅ Organizing and formatting data consistently

✅ Sorting, filtering, and categorizing information

✅ Checking for missing or inaccurate entries

✅ Maintaining data accuracy and neat presentation

Requirements:

  • Good command of Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, formatting)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently from home
  • Good communication and time management skills
