As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing the full product lifecycle — from concept and market research to launch, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure each product delivers maximum value to our customers and aligns with the company’s vision for innovation and impact in education.
- 🧩 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Define product requirements and roadmap, collaborating with editorial, design, and marketing teams.
- Manage product launches and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Monitor product performance, analyze data, and optimize based on insights.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive brand engagement and achieve growth targets.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- 🧠 Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in product management (preferably in the education or FMCG sectors).
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving brand engagement and delivering strong ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for innovation and a results-driven mindset.
