Role Description
This is a full-time, commission-based freelance HR role located on-site in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves managing and executing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and handling personnel management tasks. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with employers and job seekers to meet their goals, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and practices
- Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
